1. Introduction Welcome to Clifton Engineering’s Terms and Conditions page. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including communications sent via Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS). By subscribing to or using our services including Clifton Engineering’s Automated Sand Separation System, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description/Message Frequency Our service enables users to receive notifications, alerts, and messages. Your “message frequency varies” message frequency is based on the health of the Clifton Engineering’s Automated Sand Separation System. If no faults are detected, no messages will be sent. If multiple faults are present, one message per fault condition trigger will be sent via SMS or email based on your feature Opt-In. The frequency of messages varies based on user preferences and service agreements.
3. Consent and Opt-In By subscribing to our notifications, you explicitly consent to receive messages from us. You may opt-in through email to jake@cliftonengineering.com or via phone/text to 218-966-7103 by keyword “CONFIRM”. Opt-In typically is done verbally after the sale of the system during first time system setup where end users Opt-In to service.
4. Opt-Out and Unsubscription You may opt-out of receiving messages at any time by following the instructions. Text "STOP" for SMS to 218-966-7103 or verbally by calling 218-966-7103 or unsubscribe through email to jake@cliftonengineering.com. No messages following the Opt-Out confirmation message will be sent, confirmation message shown below:

5. Message and Data Rates As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive “message frequency varies” . If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and service plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred due to message delivery.
